Challenge

Savo has a strong product, but their brand needed a clear creative direction and a content approach that could consistently reach the right people in a way that felt considered rather than corporate.

Solution

I led the creative and content strategy from scratch, setting the direction for how the brand should show up visually and tonally across social. That meant defining content pillars rooted in audience behaviour and iterating regularly based on what the data was telling me.

Not only did I define the content strategy, but I also brought the content to life by designing assets, motion graphics and taking photography and videography at shoots, behind the scenes and exhibitions.

Impact

Instagram engagement grew 31%, and external link taps increased 75%, results that came directly from having a strategy built around what the audience actually responded to.
