Challenge

Netflix EMEA produces thousands of marketing assets across dozens of markets simultaneously, each requiring localisation, cultural adaptation and brand consistency. The challenge was not just managing that volume but maintaining genuine creative ambition across every output while keeping pace with Netflix's release calendar.

Solution

I led production of 3,000+ marketing assets across digital and OOH, acting as the central point of contact between internal teams and external creative agencies. I built and implemented briefing templates and streamlined approval processes that were adopted across EMEA, reducing cycle time and creating a more reliable framework for cross-functional creative delivery. I also managed social adaptations of key art for paid and organic campaigns, applying a consistent analytical lens to platform performance across multiple channels.
